At L Plastic Surgery, we want to assist you in obtaining the look you've always wanted.
Our office works with you to streamline insurance processing (when available) and account handling to make your procedure as affordable as possible.
For your convenience, we also offer several financing options. We can assist you in applying for financing through a variety of options. Our financing plans offer easy terms, 0% or low interest rates, and other flexible payment options to best fit any budget.
Financing is available through Care Credit with low interest rates and individualized payment plans. Approval can be performed at the office visit. CareCredit has no up-front costs, no fees and no pre-payment penalties.
All major credit cards are accepted.

We accept most health insurance plans ; Dr. Lee is a member of the Brown & Toland Medical Group and Hill Physicians Medical Group HMO.
We are "In Network" with Blue Shield HMO and these PPO products: Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Fortified Provider Network (FPN) , Great West Health Care, Health Net, Humana/Choice Care Network, Interplan Health Group (IHG), Multiplan, Inc., National Preferred Provider Network (NPPN)/Plan Vista Solutions Inc., PacifiCare/UnitedHealthCare USA Managed Care Organization.
Dr. Lee is contracted with Kaiser Health Insurance (special referral required) and accepts Medicare; he is not contracted with Medi-Cal.
Please check with your specific insurance carrier for "out of network" benefits if Dr. Lee does not show up on your plan. Our office will work with your Insurance Company as a courtesy; each patient is ultimately responsible to their specific insurance plan details and contract.
