I did the Fat Graft to face procedure with Dr. Charles Lee 6 weeks ago. I was so excited to get this procedure because I hated the hollowness under my eyes that always made me look exhausted. There is barely any downtime and I can see the results right away. I also liked that fat grafting is longer lasting and more natural than dermal fillers. I sent an inquiry through Realself and was able to communicate with Dr. Lee’s office via email, which is very convenient for me due to my schedule. Dr. Lee and his staff gave me all the info that I needed for the procedure. I didn’t really need to do anything prior to the surgery date and the post care was explained to me very well. It has been almost one year since my mini facelift with Dr. Lee and I am super pleased with the results. I was very nervous about this procedure but Dr. Lee and staff have always been professional and attentive to my needs. During the initial consultation with Dr. Lee, he was very direct and straightforward with his recommendations. He showed me before and after of his work and explained how he would approach the procedure. Every part of the procedure was explained so I can anticipate what to expect before, during, and after. Three to four week after my surgery, I was already able to see good results. By that point, most of the swelling and bruising had already subsided. I was able to wear makeup and return to work. Dr. Lee is awesome! I go to him for Botox and am completely satisfied with the end result. He's really knowledgeable and experienced. I love his approach on less is more. Most doctors will push for unnecessary high dosages of Botox or suggest other procedures like fillers making you feel pressured to do something you're not ready for. Dr. Lee is terrific. He removed a cyst from my neck and a large lipoma from my arm and both experiences were excellent. He’s friendly, explains things well, and is obviously at the top of his field. I also see him for regular Botox and I always appreciate his conservative approach and gentle hands! More

I have been on the fence about Botox for about a year. In the past I have received Botox in between my eyebrows from a different doctor. Much to my dismay my eyelids drooped. I was very reluctant to have Botox injections again. However I was starting to see those pesky forehead wrinkles that drove me crazy! I received an amazing recommendation for Dr. Lee and decided it was time to make an appointment. When I got to my appointment, the friendly staff members greeted me and they were welcoming and accommodating. One staff member in particular named Diana helped me ease my initial anxiety I tend to get when going to see a new doctor. Dr. Lee listened to my wants and concerns addressing everything very openly. He was not pressuring me and made sure I was comfortable with his recommendations and the procedure before starting. I was afraid that the needles would hurt so he used ice to numb the area. It was virtually painless. I am in love with the results! He definitely did the right amount and targeted the right areas of my forehead. I don't look fake or unnatural...just new and improved! I have the distinct pleaure to have known Dr. Lee both professionally and personally for almost two years.I was greeted warmly and felt instant rapport at our first meeting during a reconstructive plastic surgery case he was performing.He is both an amazing reconstructive microsurgeon and aesthetics plastic surgeon.Because I have witnessed the reconstructive surgeries he has performed to make a person's body whole again after a traumatic event or disease state, I was totally confident of his ability to perform aesthetic procedures on me.I have had Botox injections in my forehead and Juvaderm injections in the nasolabial folds to fill them out. His Botox injections are so precise that my forehead is smooth, but I can still move my eyebrows!The other procedure I have had is the Fraxel laser for the entire face, neck and chest. This laser helped to repair the sun damage and remove the small fine wrinkles around my eyes and corners of my mouth. He is definitely my plastic surgeon of choice in the bay area. And now he has a surgical suite so many of the minor surgical procedures from liposuction to blepharaplasty can be done as an outpatient procedure. More
