I found Dr. Lee as I was researching for a surgeon to do a revised double eye lid (blepharoplasty). My search was broad I was open to someone in the Northern California region. Immediately Dr. Lee was my top pick due to photos I saw from his previous patient, those were the results I was looking for natural. I got an appointment for a consultation immediately that week. Initially I was only interested in a blepharoplasty however after reviewing Dr. Lee’s website seeing his rhinoplasty results I was interested. At my first visit to his office the staff was very welcoming and assertive. During my consultation I went through my list of importances and results like to achieve. Dr. Lee took his time to answer all my questions and explained throughly the process and what type of expectations he could deliver. For myself it was important that we are on the same page and I felt completely comfortable during my consultation (Good vibes). Something that’s front a centered like the face there’s no room to hide errors. The vibes were right I decided on having a blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and chin liposuction. His office had followed up with me before my surgery date with instructions everything was very straight forward. My procedures was done under local anesthesia I was awake however very relaxed and comfortable. I felt like I was at a spa vs getting plastic surgery that’s how comfortable and calm I was during my entire procedure. After my surgery his office checked on me daily I sent progress photos as well. Currently I’m less than 1 year post opt and I love my results. I look like a rested and refreshed version of myself. The harmony of my face is still in balance and the scaring barely there to non- existent these results only will get better with time. More

Dr Lee is the kindest soul. He has been nothing short of amazing to deal with throughout the process of 3 revisions of the surgery he performed on me. It was a surgery for areola reduction. Almost 6 months post-op and I am loving my results - First of all, I flew from Hawaii to San Francisco for my surgery. I was only in CA for two weeks, so it was great that Dr. Lee and his team was able to get me in for a consultation, get the surgery done along with the follow up within that time. I got revision eyelid surgery to fix the DST (Double suture technique) procedure that I got done 10 years ago because my crease/eyelids was getting smaller, and my eyes were uneven. I voiced my concerns about my eyelids and Dr. Lee acknowledged my concerns and recommended what would be the best option for me. Dr. Lee and his team, especially Jessica, were very professional and friendly. My surgery went well. They explained all the post-op care and reassured me to just trust the process. Abdominal Liposuction with Fat Transfer to Breast - I had surgery with Dr. Lee in June of 2024 to address two concerns. First, I had a prior breast augmentation with a different provider and felt the implants settled a bit too far apart and wanted more fullness toward the center as it was difficult to create cleavage without wearing a sports bra. Second, I wanted to remove some fat on my stomach and around my waist.To address these concerns he performed liposuction across my stomach, above the belly button, and onto the waist area to achieve a good shape before then transferring that extracted fat predominately on the inside of each breast to create more fullness there and allow better cleavage. Dr. Lee was very helpful and kind in listening to my concerns and helping me come up with an effective surgical plan to achieve the desired outcome. The nursing staff including both Maggie and Jessica who I worked with were incredibly kind and kept up very good communication addressing all my concerns, navigating the insurance coverage, and making sure I was able to be stress free from start to finish. Couple of months ago I received a treatment for SkinVive and my skin was glowing after a couple of weeks. I live in Canada and traveled to San Francisco to have Dr. Lee perform a Asian eyelid surgery. Prior to my consult with Dr. Lee, I consulted with 3 doctors in Canada. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by any of them. I almost gave up on the idea of having the blepharoplasty surgery because I was afraid. Liposuction and skin tightening laser - I am 5'2, 135lbs- didn't have much fat in my stomach, to begin with, but it was always my troubled area. I had a daughter and when I bent over, you could see the little area of loose skin. I am scheduled for a BA with Dr. Charles Lee in SF- so I mentioned that I wanted this area to be changed too. He was sooooo gracious and totally understood what I wanted. He also was very kind in telling me that my abs were pretty tight ( I have been working on my core for so long) and that there wasn't much fat there. Spoke with a few places and decided to go with L Plastic Surgery as they are honest and realistic about how they treat these tattoos along with the cost behind it. Specifically, he conducted the Rhinoplasty portion, which I understand to be a significantly complex procedure. Highly Recommend! - I wanted to get double eyelid surgery since I was young but never knew what the process was like or which surgeon to pick. None of my friends had the procedure done so I had to base my decision on online reviews. After spending months researching, I picked Dr. Lee because he had the best reviews and seemed the most competent during the consultation, and I’m so glad I did! The entire process went very smoothly, from the consultation, surgery itself, and follow ups. During the consultation, Dr. Lee took the time to understand exactly what I wanted my eyelids to look like. Been shopping around for quite a while to look into getting an old tattoo removed. Spoke with a few places and decided to go with L Plastic Surgery as they are honest and realistic about how they treat these tattoos along with the cost behind it.  After my consultation, which was free. I made an appointment to get the process started. The pain was not as bad as most people tend to describe it for myself at least. I went back to Dr. Lee’s office for laser hair removal as I found out they started these new services. I have always wants to do laser hair removal, but never pulled the trigger because of I’m so scared of the pain. I heard the new machine Dr. Lee has is minimal pain so I jumped at the opportunity and lasering my under arms. I have currently done 2 sessions and they were both PAINFREE!! The procedure is extremely fast and painless. There is slight discomfort as more zaps happen, but nothing I expected for laser hair removal. It’s so easy that I’m thinking of laser hair removal on other parts of my body.  Wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone. More

Amazing, Comfortable, and Natural; I Feel Fantastic! - I've been thinking about doing this for many years. Since I have never gotten surgery before, I was very nervous about the whole process. A friend of mine has been considering breast augmentation as well and asked me to accompany her to her consult with Dr. Lee. From her consult, I could tell Dr. Lee was skillful and experienced with breast augmentations. After seeing my friend’s result from her surgery with Dr. Lee, I knew I had to book with Dr. Lee myself. I am in my early 30s’, 32A with a petite frame, and never had kids. I wanted a fuller bust but still to look natural. Beyond Happy! Go with Dr. Charles Lee, He is Worth It! - I am in my late 30’s and I started to notice extra skin on top of my natural fold. The extra skin makes my eyes look heavy and tired. It also makes my makeup smudge. I have to change the way I apply my makeup to avoid looking like a raccoon. I did the Fat Graft to face procedure with Dr. Charles Lee 6 weeks ago. I was so excited to get this procedure because I hated the hollowness under my eyes that always made me look exhausted. There is barely any downtime and I can see the results right away. I also liked that fat grafting is longer lasting and more natural than dermal fillers. I sent an inquiry through Realself and was able to communicate with Dr. Lee’s office via email, which is very convenient for me due to my schedule. Dr. Lee and his staff gave me all the info that I needed for the procedure. I didn’t really need to do anything prior to the surgery date and the post care was explained to me very well. I went back to their office for 2 follow up appointments since the surgery and they told me that everything is healing as planned. I've always had insecurities about my eyes. Not only did i have monolids, my eyes were also slightly uneven. I came to see Dr. Lee last June for a consultation. I was very nervous because I've never had any previous surgeries. Dr. Lee was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me that rarely anyone's eyes (or any features) were perfectly symmetrical, and told me that mine were barely noticeable. He informed that the double eyelid surgery was a very common and simple procedure. He urged me to really think about getting the procedure done if it was the asymmetry that bothered me the most. After a couple weeks of thinking it through, I decided to go ahead and do it. I was put under local anesthetic and the procedure only took about an hour. My eyes were bruised and a little puffy for about a week, but it was barely noticeable after that. I came in for several post op check ups. I found Dr. Lee through a friend who recently received botox from him and how great he was.   I scheduled a consult to get my veins removed on the behind the knee area which bugged me for years since it was blue and I did not like it at all.  The office is located at St. Mary's hospital and the front desk staff was very welcoming.   When I met with Dr. Lee he was very honest about my veins and advised me that it was very minimal which it was not necessary to get it removed since it is so small and pointed out that he can barely see it.  Dr. Lee could have went ahead to schedule the procedure and charged me instead he was honest and actually made me feel better about not going through with it since it was not noticeable as I though it was.  I would definitely go back to him for other procedures since he is very honest. I always hated wearing sunglasses and it'll sit on top of my cheeks cause I didn't have a nose bridge to hold it up. With barely half a syringe of fillers Dr Lee carefully injected the perfect amount to my nose so that it still looked natural but definitely saw a difference. I am very happy that I found Dr. Lee and his team at L Plastic Surgery. I had a dark, sunspot under my eye that resulted from years of sun damage. The spot was getting darker as the years progressed, and it was getting harder to cover up. I would cake my face in an attempt to cover it, but no amount of concealer worked! A friend of mine had mentioned spectra laser treatment and referred me to Dr. Lee. I knew I had to do something about the hideous spot, so I finally set up a consult. From the moment that I walked into the office, Dr. Lee's staff warmly greeted me and promptly checked me in. Dr. Lee then welcomed me and took me to the exam room. He was very informative and clearly explained the procedure and his expectations for my trouble spot. I felt very comfortable with his explanation and strategy for my laser removal and had decided to move forward with the treatment the following week. Due to the severity of the spot, I had three separate sessions. After the first session, I could already see the spot fading. By the third treatment, my sunspot completely disappeared.
